We are very experienced in litigation support. We have have performed divorce, legal, trust and estate litigation work within the Los Angeles and surrounding counties. In many cases, our independent, supportable analysis has allowed clients to settle cases without going to court. Arrow Appraisals has been performing legal expert witness appraisal services for the past 15 years.

We work alongside attorneys to prepare, review and determine market valuation of specific real estate involved in litigation. We are a member of FREA ( Foundation of Real Estate Appraisers) and state of California Certified.
